Joining the University paved a way for the opportunity for me to become a member of (EYES Rwanda) Employment and empowerment solution, a social enterprise which offer training in Entrepreneurship skills, personal development, business planning and financial literacy. These trainings shaped the way I perceived business and employment which aroused the passion to create my own job before the graduation. Becoming a member of EYES Rwanda helped me to gain confidence for myself as I was given the responsibility to be the coordinator for these training at Huye campus, this responsibility provided me a space to practice leadership and coordination skills which I believe are essential and will help me in my future career.  Through my life, I learnt to put other people before me; it is the need of the community around us that matters. The “I’m because you are” Philosophy has been a driving force in my life. With all the troubles and valleys I encountered, the words of Henry ford, “obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goals”, have also kept me moving and determined to achieve my aim
