We sensitize youth and grouping them into small saving groups and increasing culture of working together.

CAPACITY BUILDING

We help youth in capacity building (skilled and school's drop out) by providing training,mentor ship related to entrepreneurship.This is also meant to support young entrepreneurs to develop and implement different business strategies as well as create more employment and thereby enable Rwanda to demonstrate leadership in the execution and support of entrepreneurship skills and job creation,

PRIVATE EQUITY & COLLATERAL

After helping in capacity building, we help member who joined our organization to link them to the financial institutions by providing collateral to them.

and we some who grouping together at least 10 members we give them private equity purposely to create  more jobs in Rwanda.
